San Geronimo had their CD release party this last weekend for “Better Days”. It was amazing to see the band delve into a 2 hour non-stop set filled with the poetic lyrics and seemly magical harmonies of the new CD. It’s hard to pick a favorite, but the first time I heard the guys play “Myself” I called Darren and sang the hook into the machine. When we again spoke, he told me that was the first night they had played it. And it’s been playing on a loop in my brain ever since. This and many others on the album have quickly become favorites. They are playing again this weekend on the 4th at Tarrapin Crossroads. Check them out at.
